Avocado Cheese Burger

Recipe avocado cheese burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 breaded Camembert cheese
  • 8 tablespoons Martha Laue’s Original Spice Ketchup from HELA
  • 4 handfulls of lettuce
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds

THAT'S HOW IT IS DONE

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C top/bottom heat and place the sliced burger buns and the breaded camembert on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Remove the buns after 10 minutes and the cheese after another 5 minutes.
  2. Wash and dry the lettuce, remove the seeds from the tomatoes, remove the avocados from their skin and slice the tomatoes as well as the avocados. Peel onions and cut into thin strips.
  3. Spread Martha Laue’s Original Spice Ketchup from HELA on the burger halves. Now top the bottom half of the bun with lettuce, avocado slices, baked camembert, tomato slices and onion strips. Top with some sesame seeds as well as the second half of the bun and enjoy with e.g. fries.
