
WORLD OF KETCHUP
Swedish potato salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg small potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 100 g canned corn
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 10 ml white wine vinegar
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 70 g crème fraîche
- 50 g Martha Laue’s Original Spice Ketchup from HELA
- 1 EL freshly chopped dill
- Salt & pepper
THAT'S HOW IT IS DONE
- Boil a large pot of water and cook the potatoes in it for about 20 minutes. Then remove and let cool briefly.
- Peel and halve the onion and cut into thin strips. Drain the canned corn. Cut salmon into small pieces. Mix dressing of white wine vinegar, mayonnaise, crème fraîche, Martha Laue’s Original Spice Ketchup from HELA and chopped dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Carefully cut potatoes into slices about 1 cm thick and mix with remaining ingredients and dressing. Either enjoy directly or let it stand overnight.
