INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1 tbsp. oliveoil
- salt & pepper
- 80 g Martha Laue’s Original Spice Ketchup by HELA
- 100 g liquid honey
- 100 g brown sugar
- 40 ml soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. sesameoil
- 2 tbsp. sesame
- 1 scallion
THAT'S HOW IT IS DONE
- Preheat the Oven to 120 °C top-/bottom heat.
- Wash the chicken wings, dry and rub them with oil. Season them all around with salt and pepper and bake them for approx. 30 minutes in the oven until they are golden brown.
- Right upon that, bake them another 15 to 20 minutes with 180 °C.
- Boil up the remaining ingredients in a small pot for the sauce, except from the sesame and the scallion and put the sauce aside.
- Turn the chicken wings in the marinade. Wash the scallion and cut it in thin rings. In the end you bestrew the Corean Chicken Wings with sesame and onion rings and serve them, while they are still hot.
