INGREDIENTS
270 g fresh flaky pastry
4 Wiener sausages
1 tbsp. liquid butter
1 tbsp. sesame
1 tbsp. poppyseed
Martha Laue’s Original Spice Ketchup by HELA
THAT'S HOW IT IS DONE
Preheat the oven to 180° C top-/bottom heat.
Roll out the flaky pastry and cut it in 8 squares. Cut the squares again vertically, that you get 16 triangles. Divide the sausages lengthwise into quarters and wrap each piece with a triangle. Moreover place the sausages with the open site up top on a baking plate with a baking sheet beneath.
Now baste the sausages in a blanket with the liquid butter and bestrew them with sesame and poppyseeds. Afterwards bake them golden brown for approx. 20 minutes and serve them with Martha Laue’s Original Spice Ketchup by HELA.
